to dinki i say, this is only concerning measurable book sales (as in copies sold) which clearly there are probably others in more widespread circulation

Dear Sirs
I resent the description of the bible as “ragtag group of holy men”. I prefer the more poetic description of “God’s love letter to man”. I am admittedly a bible reader but if it is inspired by God don’t you think it deserves more respect just on the basis of 2.5-6 billion copies. Coincidently it became available with the Guttenburg press. Might that be a God thing?

The Bible is actually an incredible book. I couldn’t stand it for more than 5 minutes at a time until events started humbling me. Then, one day, it suddenly opened up to me like a flower, full of wisdom, beauty and love. I was completely shocked and decided to follow where the trail was leading. That story’s even better, but don’t take my word for it…find out for yourself.
